The People 

CEO and president, Dr. Chin-Hai Lee, a veteran mechanical engineer, has 32 years of accumulated experiences in the military, commercial aircraft, and manufacturing industry:

(Northrop Grumman ACS, El Segundo) F-35 IPT subsystem design engineer - major work on fuel system, Hydraulic system, sub-structure, Mechanical design and integration.

(CATIA –Part, DMU, PDM). JSF-Upper Lifting fan door actuator hydraulic-coil integration problem solved. JUCAS and JSF-fuel system integration solve many technical issues.

(AASI-Mooney Aerospace Group) Structural design engineer - developed Jetcruiser 500 economical turboprop commercial aircraft,  CATIA DMU for Nose LG system design.

CotechInc President, Dr. Ching-Long Ong was the Deputy General Director of Aeronautical Research Laboratory of Chugn-Shan Institute of Science and Technology (CSIST) and has more than 30 years of experience in the composites design, manufacturing and system integration. He was also the Program Director of The SMART (Sub Millimeter Array Radio Telescopes) Program and successfully integrated and developed the antenna system. He is the Founder of SAMPE TAIWAN Chapter and a SAMPE FELLOW.
COTECH has been certified to ISO 9001-2000 and will insist on excellent quality, on-timedelivery and in-time service at competitive cost to satisfy all our customers.

Objectives

Our goal is to merge clean energy concepts with widely available terrestrial and waterborne vehicles. And to expand our market potential; we concentrate our research on the design and testing of emerging technologies in the field of material science, with a focus on fibrous composites. Our business model has expanded and now also includes technical consultation services. We are now also directing our attention to businesses or groups with challenges in the fields of smart materials and structural CAD design/modeling. And in response to our customers' needs we have established the confidence and capability to offer consultation on large scale projects. Today, PEC remains focused on applying green energy with advanced material.
